Harvick wins at Phoenix

Kevin Harvick won everything but qualifying this past weekend at PIR in Arizona. Dale Earnhardt Jr also had a very strong run with a 2nd place finish & was among the fastest cars on the track in the last 20 laps. Following Harvick and Jr was the Penske Fords that swept the front row in qualifying.
